Retail fit-out in an existing shopping centre including front of house, servery and display cases. Large back of house preparation area built to comply with Prime Safe regulations.
Keeping in line with the basic nature of the centre, we combined some outrageous paint, 2 pack and wallpaper to make this one really stand out from the crowd.
Going with the philosophy that the product is the hero, we kept this one simple and understated. A 2 pack & glass shopfront, with minimal finishes inside the shop gave Charlie Brown an elegant and un-interrupted finish.
Sticking closely to the company colours and set out, we created the distinctive front of house with a combination of stone, tiles, 2 pack and timber cladding. The end product is colourful, identifiable, and gives all of the patrons of the busy food court a healthy (and good looking) choice.
Although the inside had already been fit out, the outside of the 100+ year old building (originally an Army barrack) was showing its age. We replaced a great deal of rotten timber with matching period mouldings, replaced rotten weatherboards, replaced rusted roof flashings and gutters, and painted the entire exterior of the building in the heritage colours. Following the restoration, we also fabricated & installed the new canopy over the entry – all works carried out overnight to ensure no interruption to Dan Murphy trade.
