This ambitious project saw us completely gut an existing venue and fully refurbish existing areas including 4 new bars and a kitchen. We also built a new 150 square meter outdoor area over an existing roof including full service bar and BBQ area. Construction time of 12 weeks included all the stainless, upholstery, concrete bench tops, bamboo and timber cladding, stone, polished concrete & timber floors, and full A/V & lighting package.
High-end fit-out for Sydney-based retailer. This is the first Top Juice in Victoria in the shop format. We utilised distressed mirrors, recycled oak, Modwood, recycled bricks and a bold fabric awning to make Top Juice one of the highlights of the new food court.
In the heart of the Melbourne’s coffee district, we transformed a dingy shell into a warm & inviting spot to catch up with friends. Using one of the existing brick walls, we combined new timber floors, timber walls, tiles, stone, render & stainless steel to create a clean, open and light filled space set down off the street.
Acting as construction management for this project, Adept Construction oversaw the clever use of stone, upholstery, timber and even metal cladding to transform this tired and stale venue into an open, attractive and visually interesting space making it a perfect place for everything from a quick coffee through to a full meal or even a wedding party!
Another high-end fit out for the Sydney based Top Juice, this one in the stand alone kiosk format. We blended custom stainless steel, Corian, recycled timber and recycled bricks to achieve a visually stunning, well lit oasis with the iconic Shot Tower as a back-drop.
Working in conjunction with another builder, we have completely renovated the inside & outside of existing consulting suites on the grounds of the Knox Hospital. For now you only get to see the 3D renderings but the finished product looks even better! Slated for completion in just a few weeks, this is a completely unique project – recycled plastic and steel creating a once in a lifetime façade with a very individual character!
Building on the existing brand, we utilised Bolon & timber flooring, timber wall cladding, panels of mirror-finish black stainless steel, bevelled-edge mirrors and illuminated displays to replicate Oxford’s iconic and distinctive look at the new Emporium. Fit out period of 2 weeks.
We have done a number of jobs for this particular client over the years – each one is quite different and this was no exception. Logistically hard, this fit-out of 5 separate tenancies spread over 2 floors of the same building was anything but ordinary! Each fit out had individual CCTV, security & access controls tailored to the stringent requirements of different foreign governments. We sourced & installed the very latest technology for collecting & storing biometric information. Together with our awesome Sydney team, we completed all of the fit outs in what can only be described as world-record time!
Overcoming issues with soft spots and a tricky situation with the adjoining building, we built 2000 square meter extension to an existing warehouse. Part of this project was the construction & fit-out of 500 square meters of office and meeting space built on the suspended slab mezzanine facing busy Geelong Rd. Pre-cast concrete panels, Alucobond, a passenger lift and A LOT of poured concrete all came together in less than 6 months.
Combining mood lighting, timber, 2 pack, mirrors, soft drapes and plush carpet we created an island of calm in amongst the hustle and bustle of a very busy shopping centre.
